Nutritionist Cristina Sutter will be joining us for a session to talk about key nutrition for athletes, how to fuel for training and competing, recovery, hydration and much more!
Swimmers are invited to sign up for this event which will be taking place on Monday May 1st at 6pm.
Groups: Junior Blue, Junior White, Senior Gold, Senior Blue, Senior White.
Cost: $10/per swimmer, one parent per family can also attend if you would like to please make a note in your sign up.
