FastSwim Invitational

Please be aware there has been an additional session added on Thursday evening for Relays and Distance swimmers.

This meet is open to swimmers who have achieved the FastSwim qualifying standards (will be posted in the meet package).  Swimmers attending this meet should not be attending the Spartans LMR.

Warmup Times:

WU: 3:40-4:30 PM
Start: 4:45 PM
Approx Finish 7:30 PM

Heats Friday-Sunday AM Sessions
WU: 6:40-8:30 AM
Start: 8:45 AM
Approx Finish 2:00 PM

Finals Friday -Sunday
WU: 4:10-5:15 PM
Start: 5:30 PM
Approx Finish 7:30 PM

There will be no parents allowed on deck for viewing during the meet. This is to keep the deck space for the swimmers and the officials running the meet. Please make sure to pass this along to your families. The meet will be live streamed again and that link will be sent out to everyone before the start of the competition.

Please be aware of signup deadlines and make sure you have signed your child up on time.  DSSC coaches will not be able to get athletes into the meets after those deadlines.

Swimmers should bring:

• DELTA Sungod Race Suit (this is different than the suit you practice in everyday)
• 2x DELTA cap
• 2x goggles
• DELTA t-shirt
• deck clothes (maybe bring shorts and pants depending on deck temperature)
• deck shoes (most heat is lost via the feet, and it keeps your feet wart free)
• 2x towels
• water bottle
• healthy snacks
• activities (homework, cards, the coaching staff would like swimmers to avoid video games on deck)
• We encourage swimmers to not bring electronic devices. We go as a team and would rather have everyone cheer.
